Lesson 6Liquidity Lab mini-noteRequired

Learn / ICT 2022 Model

Model Summary / Execution Checklist

Summarize the ICT 2022 Model into a repeatable checklist before Practice and Guided Replay.

Notes

Start with context: asset, session, higher-timeframe bias, and the nearest meaningful liquidity.

Confirm the sequence: liquidity draw, sweep, MSS, displacement, FVG, entry, stop loss, take profit, and invalidation.

The decision can be Long, Short, or No Trade. No Trade is correct when the sequence is incomplete.

Practice drills build the recognition pieces. Guided Replay tests the complete model without revealing the answer first.

Practice idea

Readiness checklist

Can you explain the model sequence in order?
Can you identify why a scenario is No Trade?
Can you separate TP1 from optional extended targets?
Can you move from recognition drills into hidden Guided Replay?

Key rules

Name the liquidity before deciding direction.

Do not enter before the sweep and MSS are clear.

Use the FVG only when it appears after displacement.

Place stop loss at the model invalidation area.

Use TP1 as the primary target. Treat extended targets as educational, not required.

Choose No Trade when the model is incomplete or too messy.

Warnings

Do not skip Practice just because the model sequence sounds simple.

Do not memorize the checklist without testing it on charts.

Do not punish yourself for No Trade when the model is not clean.
